Unfortunately due to another sales person having to take over my purchase, there was a slight slip up that made the day before picking my vehicle up very stressful. But other than that I was satisfied.

Overall, I think Portsmouth's service is great, but I was a bit disappointed with the timing. I had to wait all day until 5:30 PM to get my car back. When I finally received it, I noticed a mark of black oil on my wool coat and car mat.
