My initial experience was not good after leaving messages to ring me back, no one did. When I was on site I managed to speake to Garry Chapman who listened and helped resolve the issues I had.

I was able to phone and speak to a lady who tried hard to find an earlier date to investigate an issue with my car. Gary Chapman was great communicating how the investigation progressed and arranging a convenient for me to pick up the car.

From start to finish I was very looked after, even when I came to collect my car it was extremely busy but I was still looked after and Informed and they all work hard to see to all of us without any feeling of being rushed
