4 stars v 5 stars as we had made a collection date and sold our old car only to be told the collection had to be put back as our car was not actually at the dealer. We were not told it was a date to see if it's possible and assumed it's a firm date

The service I get when visiting is excellent but I find it frustrating that two weeks after my vehicle has been in for a service it decides it needs another. Could this not be recognised earlier.

April kept me informed of work progress and issues discovered. She handled all liaison with the extended warranty provider for me. The team were able to accommodate unplanned, essential, repairs in a timely manner.
