Overall happy with the experience.Joel found the car I wanted, got a good deal. I was kept informed about the delivery, etc. On the day of delivery, Joel went through some of the basics- lots to take in!. I would definitely recommend BMW .

Good overall explanation of the car being purchased by the dealership. Less though with BMW for making backward changes to the x5 hybrid that are a real step backward.

Not happy that I was quoted a very high price for replacement tyres. I did research on line and found them significantly cheaper. I was then re quoted at a lower price. Why wasn't I offered this to start with?

I would have given 5 stars but when i picked up the vehicle it hadn't been cleaned. To be fair the person dealing with me went out to check as it said on the system it had been done. He apologised and has offered a full valet on my next visit free

Apart from the replacement of the EGS system the mechanics did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and provided me with recommendations to fix issues they picked up and offered me a discount £100. The receptionists were really professional too.

My car was low loaded in as I was told not to drive it..i had to contact Snow's BMW for an initial update..I thought they would have called me initially but once contact read made the service levels were good.
