4 stars v 5 stars as we had made a collection date and sold our old car only to be told the collection had to be put back as our car was not actually at the dealer. We were not told it was a date to see if it's possible and assumed it's a firm date

I said the car had BMW warranty when booking the car in, I was told the car needed parts & I needed to pay! I said the car had warranty, this could not be confirmed as the lady who dealt with warranty wasn't in, another appintment was made!

When booking my service, I booked a courtesy car. I saw the agent check availability on his monitor and fill in the booking. On arrival on the day no car was available and it was not recorded on the work sheet. My only real option was to wait.

You told me that the drivetrain message was still appearing even though the EGR had been replaced. You quoted me £144 to diagnose to which I declined. I had already taken it to 2 garages previous to bringing it to snows to diagnose the fault.. EGR.

Just outside of warranty I had to pay for an OEM original build manufacturing problem likely to be from the from the manufacturing plant or component supplier problem. Constant bombardment of test emails for customer service arrangements not required

I was nervous taking my husband's car in for its first service as he was unable to due to illness. David Barron made it very easy and straightforward and the car was returned to me promptly and beautifully clean too! Lovely waiting area and coffee.

Service was fine, but there was a red flag with the car. I was only notified at the end. They said don't drive it, but couldn't get a tyre, they also couldn't offer me a courtesy car. I live 50mins away so had no choice to drive home!

The actual service was good.. I was dealt with professionally and with courtesy. Less positive stuff: I had paid for the service in advance but this was overlooked, and there was no introduction to the loan car which was a completely different model.

Quick service. Polite staff. Was refused the pre booked courtesy car as I didnt have my plastic driving licence with me. Despite having a photo of it and being able to generate access to the Dvla to check any points this seems inflexible

Customer service at the centre seems to go down at every visit. They have no interest to engage with the customer. Not welcoming and not in any mood to assist a customer. I don't think there is any point in elaborating as nothing ever changes.

Service is fine, but trying to get someone on the phone is impossible. Reception/first line just put you through to answer phone and no one calls back. In the end I had to go into the garage myself to actually speak to someone.

Appalling service. Booked a number of service items and MOT over a month in advance. On the day my car only received an MOT with little to no apology about all the other work being missed. The dealership lacks professionalism and knowledge, avoid!

I had a tyre observation two! services back on my phone app, I sorted the tyres, message still there. I expected it to be removed after my last service it was not so asked this time, feedback felt kind of denial and then forgotten about.
