I had broken down in my BMW. I live on the Isle of Wight. I was given a date of some two weeks for my car to be seen. I took my car in straight away and my car was thankfully seen and fixed some 5 days later but I was without a car for that time.

There was an issue with the 12v battery,losing charge. The battery was dated 19th week of 2025 ( normally batteries come with a 24 month guarantee) I asked them to change it and I was surprised that it wasn't covered by the warranty... This car was.

Booked recall replacement. According to recall booking info. and portal starter including 24v BATTERY. However on completion I was told only starter had been replaced and no explanation as to why battery wasn't. Technician simply said I don't know

The booking was made in advance. I was given a 90 minute window for the work to be done. I arrived on time & returned 90 minutes later. The car was not ready, it had not been cleaned and the receptionist was more interested in chatting with a friend.

Collection of vehicle after the services had been completed was rushed, was never told what was actually wrong with my car or what had been done to fix the issues. I got home to find out that the mechanic that worked on my car had broken dash trim!

Snows were superb as always but the 'checking in' system doesn't really work. I was encouraged to check in on-line to save time, which I did....but the queue was long for the key drop off so it was quicker to check in again in person with a colleague

I was booked in for a service and to have front brakes replaced. When I got the car back I was told they hadn't done the brakes as they didn't need doing then 3 days later the brake wear warning comes up on the dash.

The staff members are friendly.I visited the dealership to have the driver's airbag replaced due to a recall, and I'm happy that this was taken care of. However, after the replacement I noticed that the steering wheel trim had been scratched.
