From arriving to drop my car off to picking my car up, all of the staff were very pleasant, everything was explained as to what was going to happen and i was kept informed if anything extra was needed for my car
Because the service was done quickly with minimal disruption to my time. However I did ask about a quote for a service package and was not given one. So only 4 stars.

Was given an expectation that the drivetrain issue could be resolved within a day which wasnt the case. Caused issues with collection due to commitments.Was left waiting on collection in favour of a female customer who was behind me in the queue.
Bmw forgot to invoice me for the new wipers fitted during the MOT, resulting in inconveniences on my part later on. I shouldn't have to go out of my way due to the lack of efficiency.

The reason the score failed to reach a completly satisfied was because on my journey home the tyre warning light came on. Checked pressures on screen all 4 tyres were too low, and once home and tyres cold I had to re-inflate to recommended pressure.
MOT completed on time with no fuss.

Snows have gone to great trouble to sort out an enigmatic fault and have caused me a minimum of inconvenience. Their staff are particularly helpful.

All work completed satisfactorily but I did not receive any paperwork to show or report what was done to repair the power steering fault.

Very helpful staff, most of whom are extremely nice, there is unfortunately one staff member who can lend himself to be patronising on a number of occasions, I was made to feel like I was the one in error before we had even started.
Made it easy to book in, arranged drinks and some comfortable for us to wait and even found a bowl of water for our dog.
Service was excellent, just let down by the fact that I had to call at the end of the day to enquire if it was complete or not, I was expecting a call from the garage.

Having paid for additional advisory work to be completed, my car developed a fault due to the work being poorly executed. This caused me both stress and inconvenience which resulted in me having to pay for AA cover and a flight to ensure travel

The service was included as part of a plan, so the no-cost was great. On the day the welcome and process was good also, and it seems your mechanics found a possible cause of a "noise". But the valeting (which is always a welcome benefit) was so ....

All work done correctly first time. Only issue was car was not washed (despite spending over £1300 on the service) and the electronic service had not been updated.

The warranty manager didnt even have the time or the courtesy to speak to me in person about my issue.Dismissed my warranty claim would not even submit the claim. Im my opinion didnt want to fill out the paper work. Let head office decide .
Happy with the service, but there was some initial confusion about what type of service was necessary. It would be a good idea to be required to advise the mileage when booking in for the service.
The service I received exceeded my expectations. From being greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car, both receptionists greeting me as I entered the building, the service manager was quick, polite and efficient. Even delicious coffee!

Despite advising BMW that I had a service package prior to booking I was initially charged full price and had to point this out to the advisor. I would have expected BMW to have known independantly that the vehicle was under a service package.
They fixed the air-con but made me wait to collect the car

As far as I can tell the work was completely satisfactory but at a premium price.
VHC brakes were measured at 10mm front and 7 mm rear. I was informed that I would need my rear pads replaced in 1-2 months. Since the pads come with 12 mm and I have driven 35000 miles and used 5 mm I believe that i will likely need rear pads later

I had scheduled to bring my car in on a particular day when a courtesy car would be available. On arriving no courtesy car had been arranged. When offered an "in-house" hire car I was told I would have to pay the insurance excess - unacceptable.

From booking to collecting my car after its first service I cannot fault the customer care and service I received. A lovely courtesy car was provided, polite customer service from the service adviser, updates and everything as scheduled.

Never received a call to say my car was ready and when a called and finally got through after 10min on hold I was told they didnt know if my bmw was ready and would have to check.
The first service only took 2-hours, and there have been no issues since the service.

Snows has always been very responsive and helpful. The only reason this isnt a 5 is that on this occasion Snows called out Boarhunt garage to our home, even though this wasnt a breakdown. We ended up having to go into the garage anyway afterwards.

Very good buying experience let down by state of interior at collection. The driver's side, floor mat had a black boot print right in the middle along with other black marks and the passenger side mat had numerous black marks and was soaking wet.
After a problem sourcing a petrol model the salesman went out of his way to locate one for me and when that wasn't possible managed to get me a diesel car in a different model. Heated seats were complimentary as the replacement car did not have them.

We travelled from Devon to Portsmouth to order and collect the car and it was ready for us upon arrival. Mr Middlemiss went through the technicalities of the car, inviting us to contact him should we have any queries or any kind or needed help.
