The vehicle check result was a bit of a joke. The tech missed the wiper blades that had several inches of rubber missing due to crow damage but flagged up tyre sidewall damage that had been ignored at previous services and passed 3 MOTs.

Booked 6 weeks in advance so I could have a good quality courtesy car. On arrival waited 40 minutes to be seen. Was then told no BMW available was given Toyota Auris with fuel light on. Car was dirty inside. My car was returned with 5 miles range!

Needed to leave car for 4 days for simple replacement of rear light LED circuit boards. Googling showed this to be a common fault yet dealer held no stock.

Snow`s work on the car was very good, but I did not expect the faults that developed i.e, 2different sensors failed and an oilseal in the rear axle was found to be leaking.

Wrong part delivered to BMW which was not checked until car was left with BMW meaning another appointment was required the following day. Although inconvenient BMW dealt with the situation satisfactorily and this did not cause to much inconvenience

It would have been completely satisfied other than the interior of the car came back like it had been given a 'quick job'. A lot of surfaces were still dusty and missed. I know the car arrived like that but usually its back like its had a valet.

Took my car in for a service (I pay a service plan) i was advised that I needed new brake pads front & rear. After being told the cost of this I decided to go elsewhere due to your over inflated prices, the attitude towards me changed immediately!!

The front M Sport brakes have started to squeak. Was told to replace the pads as this is a common problem?. The cars service indicator is for brake service in 3200 miles.? This may be a warranty issue?

Car went in for an engine management light- fixed. It also went as the car has a sticking fuel gauge when refilled. This is the second time this has been looked at and having filled up with fuel today it is still not repaired!!! Why?

It took a long time for the phone to be answered and then i was given an appointment with a Mini adviser (i have a 3 series) I had to prompt the adviser after nearly 2 hrs. the car was not cleaned very well as all of the windows were still dirty!!

You advertise a complimentary wash and vac as part of the service. This was not conducted nor was any mention as to the reason why not. By advertising this and not carrying it out it is effectively false advertising, ...unacceptable.

Other bmw garages that I’ve used in the past clean the vehicle spotlessly inside and out. Snows well, my 8 year old son could have done better. The valet is obviously part of the service/price package so was expecting a clean&tidy vehicle.

My car was checked in early at 07:50 hoping (expecting) It may be ready by 16:00,but it wasn’t ready until 17:35. It’s no big deal really except I’m sure we all know getting out of Snows Portsmouth and the City at that time of the day is a nightmare.

I was suspicious of the exhaust issue which was subsequently exchanged when I questioned the original solution. I now have windscreen washers that are blocked but apparently not covered by warrantee as I must have used the wrong screen wash.

The lack of information about the delivery stop was poor, although I blame BMW uk mainly for this.
