The job got done under warranty but not without problems and delays that caused me a fair bit on inconvenience.
They knew I had an appointment and I was booked in immediately and the service on my car took the time they stated it would.
Booking appt took about 30 mins. Wait of 2 months for the next appointment. I was told when booking that it would take too long for me to wait, but when booking in I was asked if i wanted to wait, and it took a little over an hour, inconvenient.

Booked service 1 month prior, no c/car. Told 4.30 pm car was needed over night as part needed replacing. Next evening, told at 4.30 not finished. No way of getting home. After 1 hour car provided. Next day told not ready. 10 mins later told it was!

I was kept informed of everything from cost of repair, how long it would take and when my car would be returned. Excellent friendly service.
The service was carried out to the standard I would expect.
3 months lead time for an appointment is too long. Also, the conditions for the courtesy car are more typical of dodgy rent a car companies: e.g. fuel policy and excess for damage.
I needed a last minute service booking and they fit me in and provided a courtesy car which meant I could still get on with my day. Met with a smile by the car park staff and then at the reception and then with my service assistant.

Wasn't offered a drink while waiting. Was called over by someone sat at their desk. Car wasn't cleaned properly while in for a service. Big patches of dirt missed on the wheels and bodywork, rushed. £302 for a basic service is a ridiculous price.

Would have been completely satisfied except that upon arrival at 9.30 which was the appointment given to me on booking - I was told my appointment was later (I think 10.45) Neither reminder emails or sms show appointment time - needs improvement.
Although they carried out the work as requested ,the loan car situation caused me a lot of problems.

Richard Holland who was dealing with my car was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had to ask. On collecting the car was offered a complementary coffee whilst the paperwork was being finished off.

Well how would you feel about my experience.
The service of the staff in there was very friendly, however I was disappointed with the level of cleaning they did on my car, after the service. I believe they rushed it as it was Saturday afternoon.
The car's issue is still unresolved
They completed all the jobs requested in a timely manner and notified me as soon as the car was ready to go.
Very professional service
After the service it took me over an hour to re-establish all the settings in the car. All radio channels had disappeared, as had seat settings, map/nav settings, sport display settings, etc. It would have been easier for me to change the oil.
You would think when your spending £400 for an oil service you would get your car cleaned free. Toyota offer this for services half the cost.

They completed part of my service package early to save me having to return in a few weeks time. I also asked for them to complete the service by 2pm which they kindly did.

I was offered an appointment over a month away for a warranty fault. I had to speak directly to the service manager to resolve.

When car was given back to me i have notice two very deep and short scratches next to eachother on the bonnet which wasnt there previously. Will be complaining!
Car just washed clean when taken in for a warranty item and when I picked it up it was left filthy, in fact I have never seen it so dirty. The service person told me that it was washed but left in the hot sun to dry leaving dirty marks all over.

For once the salesman who sold me my car had left ?? Upon collection a proper explanation of the fault I.e risk, repair and what to expect would have been nice.
My car had a fault with the digital fuel gauge and also needed the windscreen recalibrated after a replacement. These issues were rectified quickly and efficiently
The service is great, but all work is very expensive.
Snows were excellent! Could not fault them in any way. They have restored my faith in BMW dealerships.
