Drop off and pickup was easy
I've noticed over the year's that like before we used to get a discount after so many services but that isn't the case no more

I would give a 5 but sometimes I have had to call back as I didn't receive the promised call back to my enquiry.

For once the salesman who sold me my car had left ?? Upon collection a proper explanation of the fault I.e risk, repair and what to expect would have been nice.
My car had a fault with the digital fuel gauge and also needed the windscreen recalibrated after a replacement. These issues were rectified quickly and efficiently
The service is great, but all work is very expensive.

Only thing which was not top quality was that car seats were moved backwards but not put back in the original position which I had set up. The rest was excellent

Poor communication. Requested a replacement headlight which hasn't been done and no reason given. Despite informing the service department of an urgent need to have my vehicle back by a certain date, only a threat of formal complaint resolved it.

poor communication between BMW emergency service and Snows. My car sat untested for a day or more, by which time the fault wasn't obvious so Snows missed their opportunity to fix the problem and inconvenienced me further in the process.
I had to moan at the sales staff regarding the delay (1+ month) the service department were proposing to sort my fault covered under the warranty. Not Acceptable! The car was left with marks above both front doors, which I had to polish out

The X3 was first at Snows for a recall. You kindly washed the car and in the process removed the chrome from the number plate surround. I did not complain but replaced the surround.
I bought the car at Barons a year ago and had a fault with it on a Saturday morning. I called the dealership and there was no reply. So i called Snows and got an immediate response. The car was booked in and my details were taken too for future work.
The service was satisfactory but I did have to wait over two hours to have a tyre changed.
Quite a long wait for a service slot
The car is collected and returned from our house always valeted and all details communicated.
The above complaint is not characteristic of the service i have had in the past when staff have been helpful, courteous, professional and accommodating. Having recently had the car serviced, i had the customary excellent service.

For the reason above. I am aware this is a very small thing, but it is the small things that made me buy a BMW in the first place, so slightly disappointed. It was explained to us that the dep was busy ( new arrival of 19 plate cars I think).
When I booked the car in for a service I asked for the air conditioning to be fixed which I new was broken. When I collected the car Snows had not fixed the air con but were Happy to let me know that it was indeed broken and needed to be fixed!
At work, I don't get phone signal. When I did, I had two voicemails asking me to call. I returned the call 8 times before an answer. I was told my car needed 2 new tires 20 minutes before closing which didn't leave me any time to sort alternatives.
Unhelpful towards a problem, I ended up Phoning BMW UK my self. Because my car was outside of warranty it was very clear I wasn't going to receive any assistance unless I paid. The car is very low Mileage, not prepared to consider quality of part.

It was something of a let down to find that my car was returned without being charged. I was told that it was because I did not carry a charging cable.
I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated having full confidence with the service team who explained fully what was recorded in my copy of the service outcomes.
See above and note that I was somewhat disappointed that correcting the operation of my washer jets was chargeable even though the car is within the 3 year warranty and I purchased a service package when I bought the car for 5 years/50000 miles

Thoroughness, care and continuity of service
Great service from Mark Oakley every time. The only thing I would moan about is there is never a courtesy car available but you do pay for a taxi one way but its always a dirty old skoda that picks customers up not a good impression.

They went out of their way to assist me with the problem I had with one tyre.
Vehicle inspection indicator not reset even though the inspection was carried out because I refused to get extra items replaced. Car was supposed to be ready for my wife to pick up at a certain time. She had to wait for over an hour.

Price was initially high but after some negotiation it was market-rate. The car wash was a little misleading as it was outside only and so the mucky driver's door sill remained dirty.
Love the way I get welcomed by name as I get out of my car and the taxi to/from work is great.
I found the staff members very rude and could not stick to deadlines. Only one apology was ever given by staff and that did not feel very genuine.

Although not experiencing any problems with my car before the service, it seemed to me that it was running much better afterwards and because the car was cleaned so nicely, it was just like driving home in a brand new car.

When I queried the diagnosis of a perceived defect the technician gave me a comprehensive explanation of the cause of the perceived defect

The vehicle check result was a bit of a joke. The tech missed the wiper blades that had several inches of rubber missing due to crow damage but flagged up tyre sidewall damage that had been ignored at previous services and passed 3 MOTs.

Looked after well
Booked 6 weeks in advance so I could have a good quality courtesy car. On arrival waited 40 minutes to be seen. Was then told no BMW available was given Toyota Auris with fuel light on. Car was dirty inside. My car was returned with 5 miles range!
