Booked me in at short notice , found me a courtesy car and completed all the work for less then the original quote
Flexible in terms of booking slots, ability to wait (and work while waiting) on site, cafe. Also offered a loan car if required.
No problems. Polite staff. Clean car returned.
Found 1 of four brake discs rusty the next day indicating non-working caliper. Fixed by me.

Had excellent service from Lorraine Wagstaffe the service executive at Snows from start to finish.
Good service.....but expensive for just basically an oil change first service.
In the end all went well, but communications left something to be desired: messages not always passed and the position not always made completely clear. Everybody was however very courteous.

The overriding impression of visiting Snows though is that the operation is very highly staffed compared with, say Honda and JLR. Is it really necessary to be met in the car park and again at reception before talking to a 3rd person to book in??

I was very impressed with the way Snows contacted BMW and managed to obtain a loyalty contribution. Whilst I do not expect my BMW to break down with 45k miles and less than 4 years old, it way heartening that some of the financial pain was shared.

My 18 month old BMW Car Eye system was completely replaced with ACE 2.0 system without quibble after developing faults.
Not that impressed with customer service, not flexible, they will have to change .
This was for a safety recall so apart from the inconvenience of having to bring my car in etc the process was fairly effortless although I did have to wait 15 mins to see one of your managers.
Team achieved diagnostics and full repair quicker than expected post vehicle recovery to Snows. Lorraine kept me well informed, and updated me immediately of the increase to defect rectification costs.
Only reason 10 is not given here for service is that when I got my car back the warning light was on for tyre pressure. Surley this could have been sorted before returning the car to me as it was not on before the car was brought in.

I needed 4 new tyres; the cost was nearly £900. As I could get the exact same from asdatyres for £720, I went there. However had the sales advisor reminded me about the wheel & insurance I took out, I'd have had them done by bmw.
Initially advised car ready about 1430. It was near 1600. Additionally I requested a quote to replace the missing headlamp washer cover. I was assured that I would receive an email etc. Sent reminder last weekend and still no reply.
Managed to fit me in while I waited and kept me updated throughout the service.

I only had to make this visit to Snows because they'd completed a recall some weeks earlier but not replaced a value. This caused my car's performance to degrade and a great deal of inconvenience.

Very professional service handling from the advisers to BMW Tech contacting me to gather information on failure. BMW Tech discussed the likely issue. Booked in at once when faults reported. Cannot fault in any way SNOW's BMW for service experience
Although the warranty work was completed to the as new standard expected the car bodywork was damaged when in the care of the service centre, being identified when the car was being collected by myself subsequently requiring a further visit.
The MOT my car had carried out was completed in 1 hour 30 minutes which I thought was very good,and included the car being cleaned and valeted
On 3 separate occasions you have bungled the recharging of my electric car, and on one of these occasions used all the fuel in the generator too.
Wrong tyre ordered, Car essentially off road for 10 days, incorrect pricing given, staff not proactive in solving the issue and were looking to me for answers.

The day before my service I cancelled the courtesy car. On the day of my service I arrived only to find the whole booking had been cancelled from the system. The service and alloy wheel refurb were carried out but this was not a great start.

Very well looked after by the staff. However, there was white residue on both sides of the car (below the wing mirrors). We also found scratch marks on the rear bumper. We cannot be 100% sure they occurred during the service, but not observed before

Booked in for a vibration on idle. On drop-off I explained the vibration could also be felt when moving and how to recreate it. By time of drop off other issues were present; these were fixed, however on pick-up, the vibration was still unresolved.
Staff are efficient, helpful and professional. Service is top notch and it is a pleasure to deal with Snows. I am very impressed with their levels of service

It took a long time to get service at the parts desk and when I last bought the car in it took hours to reprogramme the keyfob.

The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being obsessively tiresome in attempting to foist "extras' such as gap insurance to bodywork treatment on the purchaser. A refreshing change from previous experiences.
For similar reasons given above, we were delighted by the service given to us by the sales staff of Snows, Portsmouth. Throughout the period between ordering the new BMW and its delivery, we were given full information about progress in the sale.
The sales team, once again, fully understood my requirements and made every effort to ensure that I would be more than satisfied with the vehicle and subsequent support provided.

Snows took time to understand what I expected as a customer of an M2Competition and then did everything I asked for keeping me well informed throughout the process even reminding me after having the car for a week not to forget the running in service
