Very good service
loan car was a joke - this is far from ideal when other dealerships give similar or better loan vehicles
Very satisfied now. However, completely satisfied if I could see my car being serviced.
You advertise a complimentary wash and vac as part of the service. This was not conducted nor was any mention as to the reason why not. By advertising this and not carrying it out it is effectively false advertising, ...unacceptable.

Other bmw garages that Ive used in the past clean the vehicle spotlessly inside and out. Snows well, my 8 year old son could have done better. The valet is obviously part of the service/price package so was expecting a clean&tidy vehicle.
Very friendly and fast service
My car was checked in early at 07:50 hoping (expecting) It may be ready by 16:00,but it wasnt ready until 17:35. Its no big deal really except Im sure we all know getting out of Snows Portsmouth and the City at that time of the day is a nightmare.
Good service but expensive
I was suspicious of the exhaust issue which was subsequently exchanged when I questioned the original solution. I now have windscreen washers that are blocked but apparently not covered by warrantee as I must have used the wrong screen wash.
Well looked after - particularly helping me out with a car when mine was unexpectedly delayed in service. Kept me informed and very friendly and understanding staff.
Service has always been excellent apart from. . . My one niggle is every time my car comes in, every seat setting is changed and it takes me ages to get it set back to my position! Even when it went in for a fault and just needed a s/w update.

John Harkness was amazing and a credit to Snows BMW.
1. The defect was not rectified. 2. The Service Executive did not meet BMW's basic standards of 'customer service'. He only offered information when asked. and had to be asked to sit down and explain rather than standing in an intimidatory manner.
Whilst everything was completed properly, it would have been nice to have the seat returned to the position that I had set it when I took it in. As it is not a task that I have to do regularly it took some time to sort out.

The Service you receive is excellent, the price you pay is very reasonable and competitive, the work requested is carried out and they keep in touch with you during the day to let you know how your car is getting on.Also given a taxi to & from work

Always courteous, polite and keen to help. The coffee and cake is good, and always a good selection of cars in the showroom so i can plan which BMW i'll get next! I couldn't ask for anything else.
They go above and beyond what I would consider to be a normal level of service. Nothing is too much of a problem, and they will always find a way to accommodate my requirements.
I found it frustrating that I could not discuss the car's problem directly with an engineer.
Nick Walke is brilliant. Always provides honest feedback on any works necessary. He is very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

Was given an expectation that the drivetrain issue could be resolved within a day which wasnt the case. Caused issues with collection due to commitments.Was left waiting on collection in favour of a female customer who was behind me in the queue.
Bmw forgot to invoice me for the new wipers fitted during the MOT, resulting in inconveniences on my part later on. I shouldn't have to go out of my way due to the lack of efficiency.

Had to wait on pickup because the team were chatting, we were in the coffee area looking down and when they saw me suddenly I was called to process my collection
The reason the score failed to reach a completly satisfied was because on my journey home the tyre warning light came on. Checked pressures on screen all 4 tyres were too low, and once home and tyres cold I had to re-inflate to recommended pressure.
