I had an Amber warning light on the dashboard. I was contacted the day before to see if they could download the fault code. They did, ordered the part overnight and fitted it during the routine service. Very impressed

The PPE measures in place were very good. However, I asked to collect my car at 4pm as I had arranged a lift. At 3.45pm Snows called to say my car wouldn't be ready until 5pm which was disappointing. I collected it the following day.
