The vehicle was transferred from the north of the UK and my local dealership in the south. The process was completed efficiently and I took delivery on the agreed delivery date.

All staff from reception to sales and mangers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get the same response from the Mercedes showroom in the same area.

I was impressed with the knowledge of my salesperson Joel. He knew all about the both the car hardware and software. He went out of his way to ensure I got the right spec, knew all about the various insurances and secured a fab reg no. for me!

I found out that I could have purchased my vehicle locally- despite emails telling me to the countrary- and this was at no point told to me by the sales team. Only on speaking with senior manager was this declared.

Car only in for MOT. Passed but requires new tyres. Service staff not particularly helpful regarding new tyres and subsequently found locking "thingy" damaged and awaiting replacement.

As above. Investigation done on fault regarding front wheel and clearly, the wheel was not even removed.

Recall for latest issue was not well organised, had to make two trips - 1st I was told that it needed nothing doing, followed by a 2nd recall to have it replaced.
