The vehicle was transferred from the north of the UK and my local dealership in the south. The process was completed efficiently and I took delivery on the agreed delivery date.

I was impressed with the knowledge of my salesperson Joel. He knew all about the both the car hardware and software. He went out of his way to ensure I got the right spec, knew all about the various insurances and secured a fab reg no. for me!

I found out that I could have purchased my vehicle locally- despite emails telling me to the countrary- and this was at no point told to me by the sales team. Only on speaking with senior manager was this declared.

Annoyed that your technician needed to put down advisories on the tyres. They were all legal, and before it went in for its MoT I informed them that the tyres had been ordered from a 3rd party, yet they still put them on the MoT certificate.

A very basic spec 1 series provided as the loaner car despite having my m340i in for service. I used to enjoy bringing in my cars for service as I'd get to try something different to mine. It's why I bought a 5 series before.
