Service experience was excellent, Caroline Osborne was amazing. very honest and very accommodating, I had to have a courtesy car and she even helped get a hybrid assigned to me, which is much closer to the electric car I drive over a standard ICE car

Harry Bennett was really good to me from booking car in through to arranging a loan car and contacting me regarding when the work was completed. I used Snows on the Isle of Wight and this was my first experience at Portsmouth which was fantastic.

It was a very major repair issue which was the worst I have ever had with any BMW. I have owned. Rather disappointing really. However the service representative I dealt with, helped enormously, and really helped make the problem easier to resolve.

The staff make the experience. Right from being greeted in the car park, on to reception, then to the sales/service advisor. Helpful touches like carrying my child's car seat go a long way too. We have a service plan, so no costly surprises.

The constant push to do more than needs to be done, charging for the inspection, apparently BMW recommend changing tyres well before they legally need to be done, just trying to get the less informed or vulnerable to spend double the price of a tyre

My issue has been resolved, thank you. I did want to ask about the recall on my vehicle, as I was not contacted regarding it. I was advised that it was a safety concern and that I would need to wait for the part to arrive before receiving my car?

Excellent. The car had indicated that the brake pads needed replacing, but the engineer noticed they looked in good condition and discovered a faulty sensor which he duly replaced.

Service carried out in good time, service staff very efficient. Would have been 5 stars, but I didn't appreciate the Technician turning off my dash cam to road test the car, if a traffic collision had occurred there would have been no proof.

The reception and service were excellent although the journey to and from was obviously less convenient. The video of the initial inspection was carried our promptly and I was contacted as soon as the car was ready for collection.

Customer facing side great, but fixed leaking rear diff only for that same oil seal, offside to fail again with 1 year, now input shaft seal is leaking. This dealership cleaned the leak and advised it wasn't leaking bad enough for BMW warranty

It's surprising I had taken my car elsewhere and within 10min he had read all fault codes and been advised of work needed on car. On my visit to BMW this didn't happen, instead I was told there was only one fault appearing.
