All employees I spoke to were very courteous and helpful. I was offered test drives and all options were discussed clearly, I never felt rushed. I was kept updated on the build and delivery progress of my car. The hot chocolate was also very good!

Followed up daily but kept getting the same reply-someone would call. Took a week for service with poor communication. Even after replacing the EGR cooler, I'm still getting leak alerts. Now they say it's just paperwork-frustrating experience.

They were short staffed and I arrived late, but they worked hard to have my car ready so I could collect my child from nursery on time. It was in for an MOT. I am always very happy with the service and the informative videos and texts.

The lady on the reception desk was very welcoming,but the lady that signed my car in and everyone else seemed to look down on me because I was wearing a tracksuite instead of a suite, thinking they were better than myself, if only they knew me.

The recall issue was fixed very efficiently. Only negative really is that the car needs to be there all day and you are not provided with a means to leave (like a courtesy car) that is not at your own expense.
