Staff were very friendly, met and guided on arrival. Check in was very easy and professional. Service and MOT were both completed well. I appreciate the difficulty in providing catering, but a coffee would have been very welcome!

Fantastic job done & felt my car was brand new when returned. Great to have pick up & return & drivers were so meticulous in their hygiene routine during this pandemic. Only issue was some of my settings had changed but I could easily change back.
Snows very helpful. They were happy to provide a 'collect' service (which I needed). And it all went very smoothly. Plus the use of video to show me exactly why they were recommending work was a very good facility.

I have had to pay more money for another X1 which was different from my original order. The Salesman tried his best to resolve the issue which was a mistake made by another sales person who has since left the company.
I have never had a bad experience at Portsmouth BMW. The staff are so helpful and can't do enough to look after you. Given the current situation with social distancing, I felt very comfortable that I was safe and not at risk.
