The staff was courteous, they gave me free coffee, the place was clean, there was free WiFi, they send me video of what they were going to do to my car and above all I trust BMW service. My car is reliable!

I have used Snows for many years. Easy to book a service, very pleasant welcoming reception. Nice touch to have a coffee in a comfortable waiting area. Parking very difficult though . Expensive service >£300 for effectively an oil and filter change!
Very good, able to wait in the cafe whilst my service was being done with complimentary drinks.

having booked on line in November for a December service at a discounted price, I was very surprised that the offer was not reflected in my bill. I produced a copy my booking form and agreed payment which eventually was honoured.

I had a minor accident and, as I don't really understand all the modern technology, the Service Department helped me with everything. I hate having any damage to my car but they took all the stress out of it.

The car was dropped off at 9.30 for a service. The dealership provided a taxi to a local shopping area. However the car was not ready until gone 5pm and my wife had to wait in the dealership for nearly 2 hours.
They did everything that needed to be done.

Took for the sales team to intervene to get the car booked in otherwise I was facing a month wait (as needed a courtesy car) despite the car systems having crashed completely

The service I received from Steve Churchill (Service Manager) was first class, the problem with my car was rectified and Snows BMW Portsmouth certainly excelled.
MOT was carried out earlier than planned due to me arriving early. There is a recommendation of a repair that is needed shortly. I missed the video so wasn't able to get this repair done on the day but that's my fault

Based on previous response. I think for my next service I will use an independent BMW specialist close to where I live. I just feel an enthusiast will look after my car better.

everything went to plan!
Having a tyre problem and being told it would take 3 working days to get a replacement is poor, especially when I was advised I should not drive the car. No loan car available. I therefore went to Kwik Fit who sorted me in a matter of hours
The work was carried out as specified and a reasonable price. However car scratched again, third time!
Service was good but l refer to my previous comments.
Took 6 days for BMW dealership to reply to my email about the issue with the coolant level, the eventual response was completely unsatisfactory.
Never got an explanation what was the cause!
It took me over 6 weeks to get my car seatbelt fixed, its been over a week since I raised a complaint regarding my breaks, still no email.
Fell slightly short on returning a clean car.

Found 1 of four brake discs rusty the next day indicating non-working caliper. Fixed by me.

Flexible in terms of booking slots, ability to wait (and work while waiting) on site, cafe. Also offered a loan car if required.
Good service.....but expensive for just basically an oil change first service.
Had excellent service from Lorraine Wagstaffe the service executive at Snows from start to finish.
In the end all went well, but communications left something to be desired: messages not always passed and the position not always made completely clear. Everybody was however very courteous.
All staff I have spoken to have been very helpful.

The overriding impression of visiting Snows though is that the operation is very highly staffed compared with, say Honda and JLR. Is it really necessary to be met in the car park and again at reception before talking to a 3rd person to book in??

Not everything was restored to the status quo when I brought the car in for service - seat positions, seat belts, sat nav screens - otherwise you would have been given 5 stars
On collection day, there were a few scratches and scuff marks on the car that required machine polishing. Luckily they had the equipment on site to improve things. Otherwise, Snows Portsmouth is an excellent centre.
The purchase was excellent we were kept informed on the build process and the delivery was on the date promised. The car handover was disappointing I was expecting it to be done undercover not in torrential rain, with no chance to inspect the outside

Sometimes, I think not being able to see some of the standard equipment on cars is a little unsettling. I'm not one for adding extras onto a vehicle so I would like to see what the standard interior equipment is at times
Handover left me wanting. An advertised aftermarket option seems not to be the case.
