The service was done to the right standard, the car was returned clean, and was ready on time. Service managers on the front desk were very attentive.
My car was completed in the pre-service assessment (I'd damaged a wheel which was replaced) and on the day of the service sooner than I'd been promised. The communication was excellent and the car collected clean and sanitised.
Everything was good
Very personalised service offered. The person I dealt with was exceptionally knowledgeable and kept me updated frequently. The arranging of the loan vehicle while the car was being looked at was over the two days was also exceptionally well handled.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. I've just had a service and MOT and was surprised the cost was so reasonable.

Snows very helpful. They were happy to provide a 'collect' service (which I needed). And it all went very smoothly. Plus the use of video to show me exactly why they were recommending work was a very good facility.
Fantastic job done & felt my car was brand new when returned. Great to have pick up & return & drivers were so meticulous in their hygiene routine during this pandemic. Only issue was some of my settings had changed but I could easily change back.

I was very nervous about taking my car to be serviced as this was my first trip out of the house since being in lockdown and I explained this to Hannah who was very reassuring and Faye was extremely helpful when I returned to collect my car.

Very pleased with the complementary wash and valet. Service video is an interesting addition. Had to wait around 30mins for return of car after 90min service turnaround. Overall pleased and probably the best experience at Snows to date.
