The Master Technician, Paul Piper, was an exemplary example of a Master Technician. He knew straight away what the problem was with my vehicle, had the part ordered in advance and carried out the repair on first visit.
Car was checked in for a while-u-wait appointment, the work was carried out as requested and the technician explained what he had done on completion.
