Service and personnel are great. My only issue is that you don't collect vehicles or offer customers transport within the immediate area. Might not be possible at the moment, but I've been offered this benefit free of charge at other service centres.

Car was picked up and delivered back within the time frame stated. The guys that came for the car were very kind and friendly.
Booking in system was smooth ... as was arranging a courtesy car .. work done quicker than expected and to a high standard.
Well, I had two brand new wheels fitted but within a few yards after driving off the tyre warning came on. I returned the car to be told it was a valve problem which took about an hour to sort out. All was well the second time I left and seems ok now

This a repeat of the comment made in the answer to question 1. Plus - we were kept in good contact through an extended period through lockdown before the car was delivered. We cannot fault the process we experienced and will return again inthree year
David Crowcombe provided exceptional service from the very first visit to the centre, to the eventual vehicle handover. The ease of contact and general customer service focus was top class at all times. There was never any pressurised selling :)
