Staff greeted me at the door, took my car and guided me to reception, smooth as silk. Kept me informed throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated the professional and transparent approach
Never received a call to say my car was ready and when a called and finally got through after 10min on hold I was told they didnt know if my bmw was ready and would have to check.
Kept to time. Pleasant surroundings in which to wait. Expensive.
The first service only took 2-hours, and there have been no issues since the service.

Parking space found on arrival. Car booked in with no fuss. Coffee offered free. And I had time to look at all the other cars and read for a while. All very relaxing.

Snows has always been very responsive and helpful. The only reason this isnt a 5 is that on this occasion Snows called out Boarhunt garage to our home, even though this wasnt a breakdown. We ended up having to go into the garage anyway afterwards.

In the distant past I have had two episodes when I would have expected them to be able to diagnose major faults (flat battery and perforated a/c matrix in a generally troublesome X5). Otherwise I am completely satisfied.

Very unprofessional staff. Money maker! They told me they need to replace the whole tyre w/ punctured and the rear brakepads needs replacing. In the end they manage to repair the tyre. I went to protyre to check the brake pads and they are all ok.
After being messed around by the last dealer who looked at my car (Partridges in Southampton) I was pleased that Snows actually found the problem with my car and had it fixed efficiently.
Lucinda's communication was excellent, as was her relationship with the customer.

The key drop off process was ok, however when collecting my car after the service it took 25 mins to hand me my keys back.
Snows are good. However I now need a service and thought I had a service contract but it has run out by 100 miles. I am miffed about this as SNOWS had opportunity to tell me when I took the car in 10 days ago when I had my seat belt replaced.

Work was carried out satisfactory, but I was given no estimate of when my car would be ready to collect. In the end I had to phone up myself and discovered it was ready to collect

The car was booked in for Tuesday 24th July and as I was in London that day I wouldn't be able to collect it until the 25th, which was no problem from your side.
Courteous staff who did what they said. On time. Car left clean.

Had a coffee and a replacement car, so all was well.
There was no option of a courtesy car or any alternatives to assist with logistics.Alsop after the service my service warning is still activated which means I will have to proactively get this resolved which is irritating.
No solution to wheels
Fantastic customer service all round at Snows BMW Portsmouth. I called to report a potential fault / issue, my car was booked in for service / fault fix for the next day and all completely resolved within 24 hours of my first call!

I was welcomed by Sam Collier who quickly arranged a fix.
Part of the service was a valet of the vehicle. The boot area was not touched and several bits of cleaning was not done to the standard I expected. All other items were good.

on return of my car from servicing it had not been valeted, unlike when I had my a pervious service at a different BMW dealership. all my personal setting with in the business professional I-drive had been completed deleted or changed.
