4 stars v 5 stars as we had made a collection date and sold our old car only to be told the collection had to be put back as our car was not actually at the dealer. We were not told it was a date to see if it's possible and assumed it's a firm date

After initial problem of salesman who took order had retired and I wasn't informed. Eventually Michael Taylor took over and was really excellent and car arrival and handover was very good.

The centre provided good service. Only point I would mention though was it took BMW from June 23 to Jan 24 to deliver the car. It's too long a wait..but not fault of the centre.

The service are fine but this is not the first issue we have had this year and we are looking to move dealership. It's strange that other dealerships give merchandise as a compensation for issues, snows just say sorry it's really not good enough.

When booking my service, I booked a courtesy car. I saw the agent check availability on his monitor and fill in the booking. On arrival on the day no car was available and it was not recorded on the work sheet. My only real option was to wait.

I was nervous taking my husband's car in for its first service as he was unable to due to illness. David Barron made it very easy and straightforward and the car was returned to me promptly and beautifully clean too! Lovely waiting area and coffee.

Service was fine, but there was a red flag with the car. I was only notified at the end. They said don't drive it, but couldn't get a tyre, they also couldn't offer me a courtesy car. I live 50mins away so had no choice to drive home!
