Good service. Cost was much higher than expected.
When I dropped my X3 off at Snows I was told it would be ready later the same day. I was told my vehicle would require a part which was not available. I spent a large amount of the day talking to Enterprise / Snows regarding a hire car.
It would be 5, but registered a concern and still not heard back from BMW as to when I need to bring my car back for it to be resolved.
Easy to book and car was serviced correctly first time.
As above, will know further once second job is complete.
I like the fact that the car comes back clean
Wouldn't reset brake pad warning light unless I paid £45+VAT but were happy to do a health check on the car to try and get me to spend more money with the dealers
There was supposed to be a "complementary" clean and vacuum but this was not done very well. The back doors were not even opened to gain access or clean.

Not sure what was done to my vehicle in regards to the "quality enhancement" was away at the time of service vehicle was collected and returned same day but no paperwork to see what was done.
defect was cleared quite easily, but was surprised at the time of labour charge. But at least you at Snows could make the effort to book me in at short notice.
Had to take car back because service indercator was not reset did not have compermently wash as was on invoice and to wait over an hour for it to be done

For some reason the car is showing the next service is due in 4000 miles time! Last time you serviced the car you failed to reset the system correctly, have you done the same again?
Very professional and courteous dealership who handled my defect repair quickly. Kept me up to date with diagnosis and repair. They successfully found and rectified an issue which had been ingoing and which another BMW dealer had failed to diagnose

Terrible, false updates, told car was sorted then informed the next day it wasnt! Car should have been washed and cleaned but returned not cleaned and covered 8n c Webs. Return driver said he agreed car hadnt been cleaned and would report it back

Service department contacted me to arrange my car's first (after 2 years) service. The car was collected from my home and delivered back later in the day, with all work satisfactorily (I assume, as there have been no problems!) completed.

I was very impressed by the service I received at Snows, especially as the supplying dealer Marshalls of Salisbury were so poor at returning my phone calls. From the moment I was greeted on arrival at Snows I felt like a valued customer.
During the service the engineer found out problems with the tyre specs and suggested to change them. Really appreciate the proactive approach taken by the service center in delivering the safety and secure care to the vehicle.

Replacing tyre took longer than anticipated but the staff were very professional and polite
The service was quick, the staff helpful and the car beautifully washed before I drove away.
90 minutes became over 120mins and that is what is called a "while you wait" service. The attention to detail of the valet is poor as only upward facing side of alloys cleaned underside dirty and windows not cleaned.
Left waiting quite a long time to get checked in, but once attended to friendly and efficient

I like that BMW collected the car. Im surprised that BMW dont hold spare tyres in stock and that I consequently had to wait 24 hours to get the car back. The valet cleaning service isnt quite as thorough as it used to be.

I needed a battery change and was told it would take 90 minutes, it took about 2 and a half hours. I was asked if I wanted the car washed, I said yes and when I picked up the key after the work was done, they said they couldn't wash my *continued*

Over the years l have had about 12 BMWs and this is the first one l have had problems with. However so far you have gone out of your way to sort them. Once again this was really down to Nick's attitude.

Very helpful and polite, having tea/coffee and soft drinks is helpful as sometimes sat waiting on information/quotes for a bit of time. I can't have gluten so the biscuits were a bit wasted on me.

Having test driven at least 8 other manufacturers cars the BMW Centre allways came accross the most professional. Many of the other showrooms felt as if they were put together from a used goods auction.
