The collection from home and return is always a good start and I can rely that the service has been well covered
The lady on the service desk on Sat 27th was so accommodating and helpful as well as the technician. Brought my car in for a query about the service pack on a vehicle I bought the day before. They were able to complete a service on the car then
I was given a phone call to allow me to drop my car off early which was very useful. The servicing pack that I bought was also thoroughly explained.
All done in time and my car was cleaned when I picked it up

The staff member who received my car from me, did not convey my message regarding additional work that needed attention to the servicing department. When I received a call regarding my mot I realised that the message had not been passed on.
Because in the past other car manufacturers have messed about.

Surprised at how accommodating they were. I rang on a Friday, the service manager collected my car from home on the Monday evening and returned it on the Wednesday totally cured and serviced. Amazing service. Will always use Snows in future.

The car was collected from home at the specified time. Any additional work needed was discussed and costs given prior to the work being carried out.
Waited over 90 minutes
Snows were the only local dealership that could take my car at short notice after a engine fault message came on. They even laid on a free taxi to get me back after dropping the vehicle. Thank You Snows

A few niggles. After numerous calls to that my service was due I turned up to be told it wasn't due yet. Also I had arranged to drop the car off but the expectation was that it was being collected from work. Valet wasn't up to usual standards.
Usually my experience with Snows at Portsmouth is excellent, however this time I was kept waiting over an hour to change 2 tyres

Do need to revisit Snows as car is telling me next service due in 10,000 miles or 18 Feb 2018, this can't be right.

Prior to service, communication as to options available were very clear, reception on the day in question was excellent, car was available sooner than expected after a comfortable wait (my choice to wait). Couldn't ask for any more.

All worked well and was on time but my query on removing I-drive functionality was dealt with badly. Quoted price on new tyres was almost double that found elsewhere. Always worried about cost on collection despite having a service pack.

I think their customer service is appalling. When they sold me the car, the brake discs were warped and the parcel shelf broken too!

The problem (faulty valve causing run-flat tyre to deflate) was solved on the same day. In the morning I contacted Snows, who advised what to do. BMW assist collected my car, to avoid driving on flat tyre; valve replaced, back on the road that eve.
Kept waiting far too long (with little communication). 3.5 hours for MOT, end of warranty check and tyre change. Expectation was 1.5 hours for MOT and end of warranty check.

The car was collected on time and returned quickly, having been serviced, with the MOT completed..I had to chase part of the invoice, as the one returned with the car was not complete and did not match the payment taken.

Contacting the service department through reception took a whole morning and half the afternoon resulting in me having to pick up my car the next day.

Positives: lovely environment to wait in, I was able to work on and forget the time, and very clean car afterwards. Negative: Wiper blade cost was far unreasonable.
I like the video aspect of the service, telling you what's wrong with the car. However, on the report with the coloured lights there was green lights(visually ok)next to 4 items that my car doesn't have. Also,the boot wasn't vacuumed.
So far as I can tell everything was dealt with. The cleaning of the car was rather cursory.
