Generally good service but Snows fitted a retro Navigation system 4/02/16. The TMC software was not supplied. I asked several times where I could acquire this from. It was only this week that Paul Hadlow researched and found the supplier for me!
Good professional service
This has never happened before. I brought my car in for an MOT, a recall issue and a brake pad service. I was told by reception to have a coffee. I was then left to wait over half and hour. This was not the service I normally received.

Because they dealt with the problems with my vehicle unlike the BMW dealer in Southampton and fixed them according. What more could you ask for.

Staff were very helpful & completed the service promptly. One star lost because despite cleaning the car there was an oily hand print left on the bonnet.

It was an 'ok' experience - nothing special.
No issues with the booking and the service/MOT carried out with no fuss. The service manager kept me up to date and accepted my decision on an advisory without issue.

Got the job done while I waited, cleaned the car and shined the tyres.
Staff were courteous and work was done in timely manner.
The service operative I saw was quite exceptional in his helpfulness and I am ashamed to say I have forgotten his name.
Only had a visual inspection, which basically appears to be a fee for a stamp in the log book. I know the wiper blades are defective and they were ticked as passed. Also the car was not cleaned & vac'd, although complimentary this was offered.
Some confusion about when my service was due on arrival despite them calling me.Finished late & I missed my next appt

Quick swift efficient service

Experience was efficient. Ambience spoiled by using poor reception DAB on speakers that kept warbling. Coffee shop seats directly under speakers - drove me crazy!

Problem addressed in 3 weeks that Partridge Hampshire failed over a 2 year period to rectify
No visual inspection was carried out and I didn't see any use of seat covers or any other protection. Working for another vehicle brand this is a standard procedure.

Booked in for a Mot but was first told that a service due very soon could not be done at the same time. When dropping off the car they then seggested that both mot and service could be done and I accepted the offer. They completed the job earlier.
The Staff are excellent, very polite and helpful.However the costs were way too high.also the original issue I had is still present.Car wasn't looked at until late afternoon.

quick and easy
The Service Manager to a personal interest in the repairs to my BMW making me feel that I was a valued customer. Repairs were carried out on time and my vehicle had been valeted.
As above would have been completely dissatisfied if it was not for the gent who called today - he was courteous, professional and dealt with the issue in the driveway - otherwise the car would have had to been taken to your dealership.

I consider Snows Portsmouth to be an extension of the BMW brand.
I arrived at the agreed time (10.00am) and was told my appointment was for 10.00am. As I was going to wait at the show room for the service to be completed I was unhappy. I was advise that my telephone conversation will need to be check to confirm it
The car was collected from home and returned at time promised. All work completed.

The brake pressure sensor fitting was fine but it was a very superficial valet just the surfaces cleaned .
Cleaning the car after the service was a nice touch.
I arrived early before Snows opened to avoid the rush hour but some staff were already there and booked me in and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my lift. (I had to organise my own transport home and back as it was out of the area)
The service was arranged at a convenient time for me and was completed within the notified timescale.
Solved problems car was booked in with, which though apparently minor, required extensive exploration to identify and remedy.
Service was like clockwork.

Have been using them for around twenty years and have never had a problem.
My car had a fault when I picked it up. When I started the engine, the yellow engine management light was on and it was misfiring. Snows had the issue resolved early the next day and delivered car to me, so overall very pleased.
Was told all work could be done on this visit. My service indicator said 500 miles until service but when car returned I had to book in again to have this done.

Fit me in at short notice
Would have been a higher rating if the boot was cleaned as part of the car cleaning service. Also have had my car cleaned before at other BMW centres & felt that this time it was not as good as previously.
Service was good and reasonable value. Having to pay for the courtesy car fuel was a bit of pain and could be done away with considering the cost of the service.

Knowledgeable and courteous customer service staff who are very accommodating; but they will never convince me that BMW oil lasts two years, so I pay for an optional annual oil change with my service package. I am completely satisfied.
I had to return to get the service book stamped and I've since seen that the iDrive service was not updated to show the service had been completed.
Cannot complain about anything. The valeting was excellent.
From past experience Snows always provide reliable service with proper and complete item by item service documentation unlike some other non-BMW service centres.

I feel the service I received was very good, all the people I dealt were very personable, helpful and mostly knowledgable. I was provided with a courtesy car for the day which was very useful to enable me to continue my busy day.
