Car was serviced well but loan car was dirty inside and smelled like an ashtray! I was kept waiting 15 mins whilst they cleaned the outside which was not necessary but they should have sorted out the inside.

Service itself was fine, but "senior service manager" Nick came across fairly arrogant and rude - ignoring the customer whilst he either tapped away on the computer or walked around. Also a pricing discrepancy at the end which needed to be resolved

1 experience yrs ago was poor. Didnt intend to return but reluctant to risk drive to Basingstoke. Snows was 100% better,front desk, comms, & polite. Price surprisingly good. Had warning light appear when drove away but stopped next day hence not a 5
The servicing aspect was fine but valeting was not very good. Either do the job properly or don't bother. I had to clean the windscreen inside because of all the smears after valeting.
Good knowledge of product
My car was booked in by A J Lawrence for reprogramming of lighting system - which was fine but when the car was returned to me the station description had disappeared from radio - probably a coincidence but unable to restore .
Very pleasant experience, lovely staff and being able to work in the cafe using wifi and having a nice drink mean that waiting time is a pleasure.
It depends who you deal with in the department and on this occasion it was pleasant and efficient.
I have been told this service was part of my service pack but a few days after the service being done, i was called to pay for the service

The only thing missing from the perfect experience would be more things to do while you wait for a service. If you asked someone coming in for a service which other BMW models they are interested in and offered test drives you could up sell.

I was a little surprised to find dirty marks on the driver door and seat when l got home. I have cleaned the marks off, and the body work had very fine marks from l guess a leather that was not clean!!

Handbrake repairs lasted from 9 am to 4 pm!Small jobs could not be rectified on the same day of MOT failure, despite being such as a big showroom and service center-car had to be rebooked again! Any other independent garage would do the same day

I have had a reversing light alarm for a few days prior to the service.This was not resolved(maybe not even noticed)and is still an issue.This stops me from being completely satisfied.
The facilities and personal service, from the time you are ushered into a parking space and taken back to your vehicle on completion, creates the impression that you really are a valued customer.

I took my car in for a 'flower check' after 1 years ownership. The invitation I received in the post said that I didn't need to book but after turning up I realised that this caused problems with scheduling me in. I had to wait around 1.5 hrs.

It was annoying that they tried to get me to purchase a air conditioning service, I has this last year, reminded the salesperson and then he said i didn't need it!
I was disappointed that Snows were unable to source four new tyres in time for my service and MOT with four working days notice. It is very important that the supply chain for run-flat/no spare tyres is rapid to avoid VOR.

Vehicle was booked in for MOT, service and end of warranty check on a Monday.It was identified during this that one tyre needed replacing, the dealership was unable to locate a new tyre until the Thursday, then the locking wheelnut key was misplaced
My car was booked in for a date that suited me. I was met in the car park by name and the hostess behind the reception desk welcomed me and took me straight to the Service Advisor. I waited upstairs whilst they worked on my car and it came spotless.
Nice area to work in with drink provided. Service completed on time and car washed.

Dropped in unannounced with a query and had a FLOWER check on the spot.(I was surprised that I had to put 2 litres of oil into the engine after less than 9500 miles but was told that this was within spec)

Came to show room in April for a price of new car, lady said she'd get back to us and never did. car in for service, twice spoke to request 120i or 125i for test drive, even confirmed over the phone day before, on the day no car sorted.
Repair completed with full explanation of the problem. Cost of the repair quite expensive though. Will be considering moving to a specialist BMW service centre in the not too distant future !

Generally good service but Snows fitted a retro Navigation system 4/02/16. The TMC software was not supplied. I asked several times where I could acquire this from. It was only this week that Paul Hadlow researched and found the supplier for me!
Good professional service
This has never happened before. I brought my car in for an MOT, a recall issue and a brake pad service. I was told by reception to have a coffee. I was then left to wait over half and hour. This was not the service I normally received.

Only had a visual inspection, which basically appears to be a fee for a stamp in the log book. I know the wiper blades are defective and they were ticked as passed. Also the car was not cleaned & vac'd, although complimentary this was offered.

Would have been top mark except that there was too much sales pressure to buy a variety of insurance products. They were promoted way to frequently throughout the purchase process and again during the collection of the car.

I have had almost no support form the team at Snows BMW in Portsmouth. I have constantly been calling and can never get through and my calls have not been returned. Progress has only been made when I push the team. Very poor customer service
