Staff were courteous and patient. Facilities while waiting for my car were of a high standard. Car had been cleaned inside and out and software updated before being returned to me. The problem was fully explained and a solution offered.

I purchased my vehicle in Jan 17 and was disappointed to find out that the 2 yr air conditioning service had not been completed at the 2 yr mandated point, moreover, it was not raised to me when I purchased the car.
Car sorted in a very short space of time before Christmas. Nothing too much trouble.

My car was in for a recall. It was delt with very professionally and they were reassuring and helpful.
When I visited Snows, nobody was immediately able to help me, however the service manager overheard my conversation, intervened and "owned" the issue with my car. He completely understood the meaning of customer focus and dealt with everything

Nice environment, excellent "visitor centre" with complementary coffee and other snacks/food that you can eat while you are waiting, and work with wifi if you need to. fantastic staff who go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable.
Very straight forward and quick. The wash and interior clean was however not to the expected level.
Happy with the experience, although we had to phone to enquire if our car was ready, as wed not heard anything by 4:15pm.
Great service, I enjoyed a coffee in the smart waiting area and the work on my car was carried out within the time stated.

I was dissapointed with the service due to the length of time my car took to be turned around. This was due to availability of spares and the work load of the garage side but an inconvenience as it took two and a half working days.

At the risk of repeating myself, all the staff treat you with respect and are very helpful.
I was told my car was ready to collect and so 45 minutes I came along to collect it. However it wasn't ready as it had yet to be washed inside or outside. I was asked if I would wait 15 minutes for this service.
When given instruction to check head light alignment when the car is serviced, this was not done and when the car was presented for MOT the car failed, on headlight alignment, which has resulted in a retest, now it shows the car failed its 1st MOT

Despite being asked beforehand to leave the service record book in the car, it was not updated. I now have to return to the dealership to have it completed.

The lady on the service desk on Sat 27th was so accommodating and helpful as well as the technician. Brought my car in for a query about the service pack on a vehicle I bought the day before. They were able to complete a service on the car then
I was given a phone call to allow me to drop my car off early which was very useful. The servicing pack that I bought was also thoroughly explained.

The staff member who received my car from me, did not convey my message regarding additional work that needed attention to the servicing department. When I received a call regarding my mot I realised that the message had not been passed on.

Surprised at how accommodating they were. I rang on a Friday, the service manager collected my car from home on the Monday evening and returned it on the Wednesday totally cured and serviced. Amazing service. Will always use Snows in future.

Good liaison throughout process
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was kept up to date with the progress of the "build" of the car. I was apprehensive about picking up the car, but was taken through the main features, sorted BMW connected and off I went.
The handover was very good with the product Genius was on hand to explain with the salesman over see the process but the only thing let it down was the car had some paint issues and trim finishing on the door card.
Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful.The whole experience was really very pleasant

I cannot fault BMW Snows Portsmouth, nothing was too much trouble. Arrangements through BMW Finance and BCA Logistics to collect my previous car was a little long winded with waiting around for 2 different representatives on the day.
Overall very satisfied.
